My most unpleasant experience in 6 years of shopping on Etsy. Requested clarification on shipping from seller. Seller responds with ship date. Order placed based on this response from seller. Sent first follow-up email 2 days later. No response. Sent 2nd follow up email a day after that. Still no response. Yet another email goes out after no previous responses and seller finally responds & says she is unsure where ship date information came from even though it was documented through Etsy messaging which I pointed out. Seller’s response at that point, without accepting any responsibility for the misinformation nor any sort of apology, was to offer a refund. I politely declined, as quite honestly, pending the look of the product, I saw it as an option to gift it at another time as well as share my negative purchase experience.
