The craftsmanship of the sign is beautiful! However, the customer service is less than satisfactory. The packaging by the seller was inadequate (foam strips were placed only on the short sides and NOT on the long sides of the frame) and 2 unprotected sides were damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller, saying the workmanship was great but unfortunately the frame was damaged. The only reply that I got back was that a claim would be filed with the shipper. That was approximately 12 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything else. So, I basically have a $75 sign that looks like a $7.50 damaged, yard sale sign. Very disappointing!!! If it’s important to you, as a buyer, that the seller stand behind their work and shipping choices, then choose another seller!
