I contacted this seller on 12/9/22 because the item I received was damaged. She said she would mail out a new one and apologized. As of 12/20, I have no picture, and I have contacted her twice with no response. I am very disappointed that a shop with such good reviews and that I purchased two items from turned out to be a waste of money.
